The SB-25 offers a new and better way to sort stack and band a variety of products. The unit collects products into a 2-stage stacker from an up-stream operation (such as a card affixing table or binding machine) until either a predetermined count is reached or a sort signal is received from the up-stream equipment.
Product is then dropped into the push position and indexed into the banding position. The pusher is driven by a high speed stepper motor. The SB-25 comes loaded with an in-feed conveyor, single drop accumulator, and stepper drive pusher.
